Active — small team. Building an AI-first early childhood education product.

Next: Ship and iterate while learning human + non-human agent collaboration — reinventing how a team builds when agents are first-class contributors.

Hermes + human-approval loop to post on X is working — comic draft and image to Telegram, you approve, then live post to @ayerobotcomic. Gmail morning digest also live.
